About Northern Lights
Northern Lights is the official community blog of North Star International. It was created by several established bloggers who are believing members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and who have first-hand experience with issues surrounding homosexuality. Northern Lights is to be a place where we and our readers can openly explore and discuss topics and issues of interest to the LDS community—and particularly as they relate to homosexuality and Mormon faith and culture—in an edifying and uplifting manner and within the framework of commitment to the beliefs and ideals of the Church. >>MOREThink about what matters most…

From the Bloggernacle (9-6-09)
The following are recent homosexuality-related blog discussions on popular LDS-themed blogs—or on other blogs as topics may be of interest to Latter-day Saints (see the North Star website for a more comprehensive list of blog discussions): LDS scholars critique Byrd, … Continue reading

Distinctions
After my presentation in my friend’s Relief Society, I asked her if she had any further comments. She did, and they were all positive. I felt pretty good about things. Then an older woman from her ward called me and … Continue reading

Report
This is a cross post from my own blog, How I Deal. Sorry for the delay in reporting. Once I was done with my pneumonia, I broke out in hives due to the antibiotic. Spent about 3 days in misery. … Continue reading

Note that this is a crosspost from How I Deal, my other blog. I am reposting it here because I was actually highlighted again at Mormon Times in the Bloggernacle section. So I figured maybe it’s worth posting here, too.
