Women :: Community and Resources
The ways men and women deal with their sexuality and social relationships are very different. Depending on the scientific information you favor, these differences are becoming increasingly manifest. While it is not our intent to endorse or support any particular scientific or social view, it makes sense to us that certain resources may particularly benefit one gender or the other, so we've made this page especially for women.
As a daughter of God with a divinely granted capacity to choose how you live your life, you have multiple positive and healthy options available to you. We encourage you to seek the Spirit in your life and develop a prayerful relationship with your Heavenly Father so He can give you strength and guidance that will help you meet your potential has His child. As you keep your sacred covenants and follow the Savior in faith, you will qualify yourself to receive every blessing from our Father in Heaven. There are many resources available to help you achieve this worthy goal.
Be careful to choose resources you can trust, since different sources may disagree on crucial points that could influence the entire course of your life. There are resources from the Church about spiritual issues, from the government and medical societies about health issues, and from other special interest groups about various social and political issues.
As individuals who believe in and are trying to live according to the principles and standards of the Church, we've tried to assemble a variety of resources that will help you to move forward in the gospel in a way that will be spiritually, emotionally, and socially enriching. Since you're here, we assume you are trying to live the gospel too, and we're glad. Welcome!
